Shortlisted for Master Chef Professionals 2018, James is our very talented and creative head chef here at Season.
He joined our team back in 2017 as a Sous Chef and has shown the passion, dedication and talent to lead the team as our Head Chef as of March 2019.
His passion and creativity come from the pride that he feels when a selection of simple, quality and fresh ingredients is combined to create a masterpiece. James believes that using fresh ingredients from a raw state releases the full potential of flavour. That belief alongside modern day techniques create the taste sensations that our guests love.
James’ menus are set quite simply as nature intended them, in Season. The team then bring them to life with their wonderful imagination and skills. The focus is on making sure the menu is honest, seasonal, sustainable and of course exquisite.
